ACAI Breakfast Bowl
Here is to the healthy and energizing breakfast bowl of 2018!
This month we are so excited to share a simple breakfast for energy and health, adding as many as 3 of your 5 a day and that’s before your day has even properly started!
Here is what you need to do:
Prep time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
100ml Frozen Acai pulp pouch
1 banana
Unsweetened almond milk
Topping: Nuts and seeds, berries, granola, chopped dates or figs
Method:
Blend the acai pulp with your banana. Add the almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the consistency is like frozen yoghurt. Top with your favourite, fruits, nuts, seeds or granola mix.
