Women who get outdoors, feel better about their bodies*
Research shows just two hours in nature every week increases a woman’s happiness. And women who spend time outdoors are more likely “to experience positive body image”. It’s against this backdrop ACAI created The Outdoorsing Club to inspire women across the UK to experience new adventures. So why not join our ACAI Adventurers, alongside other like-minded women, for a free, organised opportunity to get a boost from Mother Nature?

Studland Hike - Saturday 28th September 2024
Join us on this stunning hike around Purbeck nature reserve , through the out-of-this-world sand dunes of Studland Heath, across Godlingston Heath to Agglestone Rock and round to finish off with an amazing view of Old Harry Rocks. We will end the hike on Studland beach where we can get in for a cold sea dip!

Lee Valley Park Hike Sunday 29th September 2024
Lee Valley Park stretches across 1000 acres and is a hot spot for wildlife spotting. We will take a wander down canal paths wondering what life would be like to live in a canal boat, and then through a mosaic of wetlands and meadows to the epic brew pub beside the Olympic White Water Rafting centre. This hike also passes through Waltham Abbey where we’ll see a 1000 year old church, stepping back into medieval times!

Brown Clee Hill Hike-Monday 30th September
Join us for an exciting hiking adventure up Brown Clee Hill- Shropshire’s highest hill! Lace up your boots and get ready to hike up to Abdon Burf on Brown Clee Hill. At 540m high, on a good day it has stunning views over the Shropshire landscape and beyond
