Picturesque Tarns How - Views of Windemere
For this walk, you will start at Glen Mary Bridge Car park, going through the picturesque woodland along the bracken path to Tarn Hows. You’ll walk around the tarn and then through the steep path to pass Tom Gill Waterfalls. You will then cross the road to Yew Tree Tarn - one of the most picturesque tarns with autumn trees all around.
