I joined ACAI 7 months ago as the brand’s very first Merchandiser – a big role with an even bigger to-do list! With no merchandising function before me, I’ve been busy setting up all the systems, processes, and yes… the spreadsheets (so many spreadsheets!). It’s been a fast-paced ride, but I’ve loved every minute.

Every day varies a lot. I usually start by looking at the previous days sales - it is always really exciting when we launch new products to see our customers loving them as much as we do! I work really closely with the product team planning upcoming ranges, and making sure we have the right amount of stock! An average day would also include multiple cups of tea!  

The community we are building for adventure loving women- something severely lacking in the market. It is so exciting when you see Acai I am also so lucky to have amazing female colleagues who inspire me everyday.

I love walking my dog, Coco. I am lucky to live in a beautiful village in north wales with lots of lovely scenery. I am happiest at the beach but also terrified of water!

Anything black is my go to! I rarely branch out with colour myself, something which the design team laugh at me for! I like the new Encompass collection – Encompass flares in black, perfect paired with black boxy tee and cap!
