All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday up to 1500 (excluding Bank Holidays). If your order is placed after 1500, it will be dispatched the next working day if next-day shipping is selected.

If you have bought an item along with a pre-ordered product, we will ship all items together when the pre-ordered item comes into stock.
Important - EU Shipments from July 1st 2021
From July 1st 2021 all orders delivered to an EU member state from a country outside of the EU, will be subject to local duty & customs clearance charges.
This is outside of our control and the charges vary, dependant upon which country you reside in. Upon the goods arrival into your country you will be contacted by your local courier, advising you as to any customs duty and clearance fees payable by yourself. The order will not be released until you have paid the appropriate fees. Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to resolve this situation, but EU importation law is outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges
*** UPDATE 05/12/22***
We are aware some customers are experiencing a slower returns service from us than we would like. We would like to apologise and explain, as this may continue for another two weeks.
In short, the Royal Mail strikes have had an impact on their ability to return parcels to us. They are currently arriving to us in huge batches with multiple days’ worth all in one day.
We are processing these as quickly as we can, prioritising customer returns across the business. Most people will receive their return within 10 working days however, a small percentage of orders may not quite make that window and could take a little longer to arrive.
Please be reassured, if you have email confirmation that we have received your return parcel, the return will follow shortly.

If you would like to return or exchange for another item/size/colour - no problem! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will help in any way we can. You can process your return here (at present, this service is only available to UK customers).
To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, please ensure your item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure the original packaging is undamaged and labels still attached. Your item must be returned within 60 days of despatch date. Once we have received your parcel we will process your request within 14 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for money to come back to your bank account if a refund has been requested.
*If you receive a free gift with your order and return the item you bought for a refund, we will deduct the value of the free gift from the refund.*
