Duties include: 

  • Handling customer inquiry tickets in a timely manner
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone.
  • Monitoring and responding to all inquiries and comments left on social media platforms.
  • Meet and Greet guests & customers, offering drinks and refreshments.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively acknowledging their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Processing customer returns and exchanges within a timely manner
  • Support colleagues and work as part of a team
  • Other duties as requested and required by the business
  • Office Based Monday- Friday 9-5pm.

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to recruit and manage the ACAI online community. 

This is an exciting role for someone who has a passion for fashion, a love of the outdoors and influencer marketing expertise. 

The Role

As the Influencer Marketing Exec, you will be instrumental in growing ACAI’s UK and European influencer and ambassador network and making us the most talked about brand on social. Working closely and with the support of the Brand & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of influencer strategies and partnerships, increasing brand awareness, driving traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant influencers in new and existing markets
  • Build and manage influencer partnerships from conception to execution against set budgets, including negotiating deliverables, contracts etc
  • Ensure a flawless experience between influencers and the brand
  • Report on influencer performance on a weekly/monthly basis using Google Analytics and influencer reporting tools
  • Manage gifting and paid budgets with the support of the Brand & Partnerships Manager
  • Manage customer ambassador programme with the support of the Brand & Partnerships Manager
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team suggesting creative influencer marketing opportunities
  • Keep up to date with our competitors’ latest influencer marketing activity, tracking their deliverables and gathering the content
  • Ensure all gifting/send outs are placed in a timely manner
  • Work together with the wider Ecom and Performance Marketing teams to repurpose UGC across channels
  • Track and log influencer coverage on social media
  • Support the Brand & Partnerships Manager on delivering against Brand goals, including supporting on cross-functional projects outside of immediate remit

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong work ethic - ACAI is a fast paced, fast growing company with exciting growth opportunities!
  • A good understanding of the value of influencer marketing and how it contributes to the wider brand/marketing team’s objectives
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects and prioritizing where necessary
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics
  • A natural communicator. You’re quick to build relationships and establish rapport with influencers, mangers and agencies at all levels
  • Social Media Obsessed. You’re up to date with all the latest trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter)
  • A team player. Someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively with others as part of a wider team

£23,000 to £26,000 dependent upon experience

We now have an exciting role within the product team and are looking to recruit a Garment Technologist as maternity cover for at least 1 year, working within the creative team. 

The role would suit someone who is eager to immerse themselves in an exciting outdoor brand and has an open minded and flexible work ethic.

Key Tasks will be: 

  • Conducting weekly fit meetings & development sessions- to ensure full ownership of the garment sealing process.
  • Produce and send all garment fit comments- accurately communicating with suppliers. Following up on queries ad problem solving. 
  • Creating size specs
  • Managing, updating, and controlling the critical path
  • Supplier liaison
  • Garment testing
  • Controlling wash care and garment labelling. 
  • Booking and reviewing 3rd party QC inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with product safety and REACH legislation.
  • QC Stock in warehouse. 
  • Monitoring, reporting, and reviewing returns on a monthly basis. 
  • Leading wear tests trials on new product developments – ensuring all garments adhere to ACAI high quality standards. 
  • Management of projects to meet the business needs.

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4 years Industry Experience Essential.
  • A confident & Self-Motivated Garment Technologist.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word & general knowledge of all Microsoft Products including Business Central (Ideal but not essential)
  • Excellent Communication & Organisational Skills
  • Full working knowledge of textiles, performance fabrics & finishes, garment make up and pattern cutting is preferable.
  • Adaptable & Creative- Will adapt to help fit the business needs as ACAI grows.
  • Ability to work under pressure & to key deadlines within the CP.
  • Proactive team player/ Self-starter 
  • Passion & hunger to work in a leading women’s first outdoor brand.
