Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday 9am-3pm GMT/BST (excluding Bank Holidays). Once your order is dispatched, it will arrive within two days via Amazon Logistics unless you have selected next-day shipping.

Returns
If you would like to return an item - no problem! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will help in any way we can. You can process your return here (at present, this service is only available to UK customers).
To be eligible for a return/refund or store credit, please ensure your item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure the original packaging is undamaged and labels still attached. Your item must be returned within 30 days of dispatch date. Once we have received your parcel we will process your request within 21 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for money to come back to your bank account if a refund has been requested.
*If you receive a free gift with your order and return the item you bought for a refund, we will deduct the value of the free gift from the refund.*
