Merry Christmas from our family to yours

This month’s note from me is slightly more special as I am taking the time to wish you and your families a very happy and healthy festive season and a joyful New Year.

As the year comes to an end, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect, and I feel incredibly proud of the community we’re building together. This year has been full of lessons, challenges, growth, and change, and through it all, the support, honesty, and connection within this community has meant more than I can put into words.

From new product launches to learning when to pause, reset, and do things differently, 2025 has stretched me in all the ways that matter.

This year we welcomed a new leadership team and Joe & I have stepped into new roles within the business, which has been a welcome change.

It has been the best and most challenging at the same time but we have really loved watching the team settling into the business and setting ACAI up for the future of growth and embracing the outdoors.

This year we stayed true to our mission I set out in 2016, when the idea first became a business, then a brand.

To inspire women to spend more time outdoors, we:

• Grew our community of women to over 470,000

• Sent over 79,000 orders this year

• Welcomed some amazing people into the ACAI team

• Stocked ACAI in more physical stores with our first ‘shop in a shop’ at Go Outdoors York

• Hosted our first sample sale

• Brought the ACAI coffee van to central London

• Hosted 250 women through the Outdoorsing Club

• Partnered with charities such as Women in Sport

And this is just the beginning, so much more to come in 2026.

Thank you for showing up, for sharing your feedback, your stories, and your encouragement. ACAI wouldn’t be what it is without you.
